It is said that there is no book that contains more of the very words of God than Leviticus.
In my series of tapestries LEVITICUS PRECEPTS, I attempted to translate all those allegories, enigmatic ceremonies, and symbolic rites into simple human beings who suffer, enjoy, and struggle to find meaning in life.
It is a book full of rules and rituals. A book of challenges, of right and wrong, of clean and impure, all of which lead to an everyday structure ensuring order, harmony and life.
