Oceans Contain Fountains. Nearly all of the sea floor lies in total darkness because of the enormous depth and atmospheric pressure. It would have been impossible for Job to explore the sources of the oceans. Until recently, it was accepted that the oceans were fed only by rivers and rain. It was not until 1970, with the help of submarines built to resist 6,000 pounds of pressure per square inch, that oceanographers discovered the existence of fountains on the sea floor.
Mountains on the Bottom of the Ocean. Only in the previous century was this proved by the invention of sonar. Today we have accurate maps of the sea floor that show mountains and volcanoes.
The moving waters are aggressively attracted to the ocean floor.
