There are many references in the Bible to details of styles, colors, and fabrics of the clothing worn by people who lived centuries ago, as well as to dyeing agents, spinning, weaving, sewing, and embroidering.
From those details we realize that the ancient Hebrews showed real joy in using a variety of fashions and colors for their garments, households, and worship.
Adding all that to my passion for the textile world led me to create the Weaving and the Bible series of tapestries.
